Our role
Elisandrova Co. operates as a licensed vehicle shipping agent/broker. We coordinate transportation between customers and independent licensed motor carriers. We are not the carrier and do not physically transport vehicles.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and current market conditions. Final price depends on accurate vehicle details and route conditions. Significant changes may result in price adjustments, which we communicate before booking.
Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed when you accept a quote and any required deposit is paid. Cancellation policy depends on dispatch status; please review the booking confirmation for specifics.
Vehicle preparation
You are responsible for properly preparing the vehicle for shipping (no personal items, fuel quarter-tank, accurate condition disclosure). Failure to disclose vehicle condition (e.g., non-running status) may result in additional fees or carrier refusal at pickup.
Insurance and claims
Vehicles are covered under the assigned carrier's cargo insurance during transit. Claims must be initiated within the timeframe specified on the bill of lading and require the original signed inspection document.
Limitation of liability
Elisandrova Co.'s total liability arising from any shipment is limited to the amount paid for that shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
